State Level Monitoring Committee Kerala Constituted by NGT
State Level Committee in Kerala was constituted in compliance with the direction of Hon’ble NGT, Principal Bench, New Delhi under the Chairmanship of Hon’ble Justice A.V. Ramakrishna Pillai, Former Judge, High Court of Kerala for monitoring the compliance of Municipal Solid Waste Management Rules 2016. The committee comprises of Member Secretary, Kerala State Pollution Control Board as the Member Secretary of the Committee, other members being Secretaries, Urban Development/Local Bodies/Local Self-Government, Environment, Rural Development Health and representative of CPCB.
